Refund policy

At Clankshaft, we stand by the engineering of every kit. We don't believe in the friction of traditional returns; if the gear doesn't work, we make it right.

We offer a Full Refund (No Return Required) under the following three conditions:

  1. Mechanical Damage: If your kit arrives with structural defects or damaged components that prevent a successful build.

  2. Logistical Failure: If the tracking confirms the package is lost in transit.

  3. Delivery Delay: If your product does not reach you within 30 days of the order date.

The Protocol for Claims: To maintain the integrity of our shop, all claims require Digital Proof.

  • For damaged goods: Send a high-resolution photo or video of the defective parts and the packaging to clankshaftstore@gmail.com

  • Once our team verifies the "mechanical failure," your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
